After you place your order and submit your deposit, we typically deliver log houses within 4 to 8 weeks. This timeframe may vary depending on seasonal demand and logistics, but we’re committed to meeting your schedule and will work diligently to deliver your cabin when you need it.

We use exclusively slow-growing Nordic spruce wood for all our wooden houses and wooden cabins. The harsh Northern European climate, with its intermittent hot summers, causes trees to grow slowly, resulting in exceptionally compact and hard wood fibers that provide remarkable durability and strength.

Our timber carries FSC certification, reflecting our fundamental commitment to environmental protection. This certification ensures our wood comes from sustainably managed forests that are protected from industrial logging practices.

Our standard delivery packages for wooden cabins typically measure 6 meters in length, 0.8 meters in height, and 1.2 meters in width, with each package weighing between 1,000 and 2,000 kilograms. While we maintain flexibility to accommodate specific project requirements, most packages conform to these standard dimensions. Please note that certain structural variations or custom designs may result in slight dimensional adjustments to the packaging.

Planning permission requirements vary by location. Generally, any structure with more than 25 square meters of living space requires planning approval. However, since local rules might slightly differ, we highly recommend customers check with their local authorities prior to purchase.

For larger wooden houses and log houses, planning permission is necessary. If you prefer a painted finish, consider applying a clear preserver beneath the paint layer—consult your paint supplier for specific product compatibility and application guidance.

• High-quality paints typically eliminate the need for primers or undercoats, though always consult manufacturer specifications
