Our standard delivery packages for garden cabins typically measure 6 meters in length, 0.8 meters in height, and 1.2 meters in width, with each package weighing between 1,000 and 2,000 kilograms. While we maintain flexibility to accommodate specific project requirements, most packages conform to these standard dimensions. Please note that certain structural variations or custom designs may result in slight dimensional adjustments to the packaging.

Planning permission requirements vary by location. Generally, any structure with more than 25 square meters of living space requires planning approval. However, since local rules might slightly differ, we highly recommend customers check with their local authorities prior to purchase.

For larger garden rooms and garden cabins, planning permission is necessary. Please keep in mind that NIDA LOG HOUSES only provides the garden cabins you requested and is not responsible for planning permission, which is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend scheduling a preliminary consultation with your local planning authority to discuss your project and identify any potential requirements or restrictions in your area before proceeding.
