Nothing to Hide:

See How 20 Years of Experience Creates Your Perfect Log Cabin

Starting strong: floor bearers

It all begins with timber protection. We use FSC-certified Northern spruce, known for its tight grain and natural resistance to moisture and pests. The floor bearers are soaked and treated with preservative to guard against fungal damage and long-term outdoor exposure. Once dried and stabilized, the timber is cut and checked for structural integrity and dimensional consistency. Each piece is inspected to ensure it meets quality standards, then labelled and securely packed. Every part is accounted for.

Shaping the structure: wall logs

Our FSC-certified Northern spruce is kiln-dried to a target moisture content of around ±12%, which is well below the 20% threshold that invites pests and fungal damage. The dried timber is then planed and calibrated to ensure straightness and a smooth surface. Logs are cut to length and milled with our signature double tongue and groove profiles for a tight, weather-resistant fit. Each log features a chamfered notch system that strengthens joint connections and improves resistance to wind and water. The interlocking joinery also supports excellent thermal insulation, helping to maintain a stable indoor temperature. Every log is examined for defects like warping, knots, or cracks; only clean, precise timber is packed for delivery.

Completing the structure: roof and floor boards

The roof and floor of each traditional log cabin are built using 19 mm interlocking tongue and groove boards made from the same high-quality, FSC-certified Northern spruce as the rest of the structure. These boards are carefully cut and checked to ensure a stable fit, consistent grain, and a clean, natural finish. Their thickness provides a strong, durable surface with an interior that feels solid and well-built. For better year-round comfort and energy performance, optional floor and roof insulation is also available. Once inspected, the boards are bundled, labelled, and added to your order for secure transport.

Details matter: windows and doors.

Our wooden windows and doors are crafted entirely in-house. Frame profiles are milled, components are assembled and drilled, and the units are glazed and sealed. Holes for hardware such as hinges, locks, and handles are prepared in advance, making installation simple during assembly. Before packing, each unit undergoes a final quality check to confirm fit, function, and finish.

Packing: scanned piece by piece

Once production is complete, all the components of the log house are inspected. Your order is assembled, scanned piece by piece and packed to be ready for international delivery.
