Logistic company is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Customer.
Be available by phone on the day of delivery. Be at home on the day of delivery.
If you require special delivery to a hard-to-reach location, advance notice is required, as this will incure an additional charge. Contact the logistic company or our team if you have other special requests for delivery.
If the road is narrow or too steep, please let us know as soon as possible. Customer is responsible for ensuring adequate access for delivery and must notify us in writing of any concerns at the time of ordering.
Our products are delivered in parts, in the form of packages. Each package is protected by a weatherproof film. Check if the terms are good and appropriate. Packages must be inspected at the time of delivery and any damage or defects must be reported as soon as possible by phone +370 655 45625 and later by e-mail support@nidaloghouses.com. „Medžio fabrikas Nida“ will not accept any claims over the phone that are not immediately confirmed in writing.
If you are unable to sign for the goods at the time of delivery, please inform us in advance in writing and confirm your acceptance of responsibility by allowing the goods to be left unattended. No liability or complaints will be accepted for damage caused during transport more than 24 hours after delivery.
We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or delivery times and cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our direct control, including (but not limited to) manufacturing issues and third party contracted companies.
